Health Questions

These are questions I thought necessary for SOMEONE to know answers to. It does not have to be me, but someone in your company/sector needs to know the answers to these.

1. Do you have any chronic health disorders we need to know about? Ex. Diabetes, heart disorders, asthma etc.

2. Do you have any allergies that cause Anaphylactic response? Medication and/or environmental.

3. Are you currently taking medication that you can’t go without? (If so, you need to start trying to stockpile these)

4. Is there anything else medically that you feel would help us help keep you safe and healthy.

ALL INFORMATION SHARED WILL BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL AND ONLY SHARED IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

ONE LAST REMINDER… if you take medicine that you can’t go without,
MAKE SURE YOU AT LEAST HAVE A 2-weeks WORTH IN a BUG OUT BAG!

If you can get your hands on ANY antibiotics… START STASHING THEM!! They will become invaluable when the SHTF!
